Ram truck parts

Ram pickups, from the light duty 1500 to the heavy duty 2500HD and 3500HD, have a strong aftermarket and a deep pool of OEM take-off parts. This section outlines the components Ram owners look for most and what to check before buying.

Exterior and body

Front bumpers are the single most replaced exterior part on late model Rams. Rugged off-road style front bumpers for 2019-2022 Ram 1500 trucks are a common upgrade over the factory unit, adding recovery points and better approach angles. Grilles, headlights, fenders, and hoods for both the classic body style and the current generation are widely available.

Beds and cargo

Like other full-size pickups, Ram beds suffer from rust and dents. When replacing a bed, confirm the bed length against your cab configuration and check whether your truck has the RamBox system, which uses a different bed structure entirely. Tonneau covers, bed liners, and hitches are the usual cargo upgrades.

Cummins diesel

Heavy duty Rams carry the Cummins inline-six diesel, one of the most durable truck engines ever built. Even so, injectors, lift pumps, turbos, and tuning hardware are frequent purchases for both maintenance and performance. The diesel performance section covers the Cummins platform alongside Power Stroke and Duramax.

Interior

Center consoles, dash panels, and seat hardware wear quickly on work trucks. OEM take-off interior parts from low-mileage trucks are usually the best value, since aftermarket reproductions of interior pieces vary widely in fit and finish.
